Creating Winning Teams
As a leader, you navigate a complex business environment and you want your team focused and pulling in the same direction whilst achieving results.
A winning team has clarity on their purpose, they know and commit to functioning as an intact team and are prepared to hold themselves and each other to account.
This means you can apply your focus on some of the more strategic issues whilst your capable team carries out other requirements of the work.
Do you have a winning team?
Do you want to be able to find out?
About the Creating a Winning Team Programme
Creating a winning team will yield an increase in performance, engagement, and results. Winning teams achieve their goals more quickly and work better together as a unit.
This programme is generally facilitated face-to-face* with a team.
Teams start with measuring how they are operating as a team. This gives us our ‘stick in the sand’ and informs teams on how they are currently performing against the key components of a winning team. It identifies areas of strength and areas of opportunity for the team.
Once teams have the clarity of their results, they then have the option to embark on a facilitated process to help guide them through their journey.

*There are a number of ways this programme can be delivered depending on your preference.
I have known Deb Bailey for over 20 years and have found her to be an exceptional individual especially when it comes to understanding team dynamics and building high performing teams. Debs work blends science with a pragmatic, practical and friendly approach. For this reason, I have used Deb to speak at HRNZ events as she makes this potentially difficult area relatively straight forward to understand
