Inside Out Leadership

If we truly want to understand the impact we are having on the people and environment around us, we need to have awareness of how we are doing our leadership from the inside out.

 

Understanding how we are playing our inner game (our strengths, our derailers and blind spots, and our motives, values and preferences) means we will have more success and play an outer game (our results, team, strategy and culture) that has real impact and achieves results.

To make any sustainable change in our leadership we first have to become conscious of how we are currently showing up.  One of the best ways to do this is by completing well validated diagnostics and receive feedback from someone who is qualified to do so.

If we want to be the best leader we can be, investing in understanding how we are playing our inner game is the best place to start.  From here we are then able to make any changes in our leadership in an intentional and sustainable way.

Leaders complete their diagnostics on line and then participate in a 2-hour 1:1 feedback session.  Most leaders then participate in the 1:1 Coaching Programmes to enhance or change any aspect of their leadership.
