Before starting my own Practice, I had over 20 years’ experience in the corporate business sector in senior leadership / executive roles with a strong focus on people and culture. Being an executive leader at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare gave me the opportunity to focus on the people and culture requirements of an international company that was growing at a phenomenal rate. This involved developing and executing an agile people and culture strategy that was an integral part of the overall business strategy.
Delivering this strategy meant I spent a lot of time at the coal face – coaching and training individuals, leaders and teams around the world. Working with leaders and their teams to create an environment for high performance and results is where my passion lies, and I enjoy rolling up my sleeves and getting stuck in. I have been able to connect with leaders to help them achieve success and make a difference and this is where my passion lies. I am always excited to help leaders move themselves, their teams and their organisations from where they are, to where they want to be.
