Creating a coaching culture as the primary means for leaders to interact with their people about their development is one of the most effective ways to increase engagement, productivity and the results you want.
Leaders often share their frustrations with me when wanting to have meaningful development discussions with their team members:
I don’t have a framework to have these discussions so we end out talking about operational activity and not about my team members growth

About the Coach Mastery for Leaders Programme
This programme provides leaders with the framework and tools to implement effective 1:1 conversations that have real impact for their team members and for the business.
This programme can be facilitated either face-to-face or over Zoom in a modular format. Either is effective and often comes down to personal preference.
